Thirty minutes on video with Albert or Nico. You get an honest read on where your player actually stands — and a written assessment to keep, whether you join or not.
Onboarding questionnaire
Once you join, a 10-minute form covering their schedule, injuries, equipment, diet and goals. This is what makes the first plan theirs rather than generic.
First plan within 5 days
Every plan your programme includes, built around their club schedule and their growth stage. Reviewed and signed by a real person before it reaches them.
Every month, we adjust
A check-in from them, a private one from you, and a new block built on what actually happened — not what we assumed.

How college placement actually works
Six steps, run by Camilo Vargas. None of it is automated — a coach either has real interest or they do not, and you will be told which.
Initial evaluation
Grades, intended major, athletic level, and what the family can realistically spend. This decides what is genuinely on the table, before anyone builds a list of schools that were never going to happen.
Target university list
A shortlist across NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA that fits the player’s level and the budget at the same time. Ambition and arithmetic in one document.
Coach outreach
Camilo contacts college coaches directly, presents the player’s profile, and finds out whether the interest is real before anyone gets their hopes up.
Ongoing tracking
Every conversation with a coach is logged and followed up. Recruiting is lost to silence far more often than to rejection, so nothing is left to go cold while the process is open.
Applications and offers
Once a coach shows genuine interest, the player applies. Applications are non-binding — a formal offer comes to the family to review, and nothing is committed before then.
Decision support
Scholarship amount, programme fit, location, what the degree is actually worth. Camilo puts the offers side by side so the family chooses with the whole picture in front of them.
A place is never guaranteed, and anyone who guarantees you one is selling something. What is guaranteed is that the list is realistic, the outreach is real, and you hear the truth about where your son or daughter actually stands.
And it all lives in the platform
The college process is not a spreadsheet Camilo keeps on his own machine. It is part of the product, which is what stops it going quiet.
The family owns the record
Grades, intended major, budget and target schools are entered by the family in their own portal. Camilo works from what is actually there, not from what he remembers being told on a call.
Every coach conversation is logged
Who was contacted, when, what was said, and what happens next. A parent can open it and see the whole history without asking anyone.
Silence is flagged automatically
Any school that has gone three weeks without contact appears at the top of Camilo’s screen. Recruiting is lost to silence far more often than to rejection, and that is the one thing a person reliably forgets.

Parents are not spectators here
You see their plans, their training load, their wellbeing and every message we send them. There is no private channel between an adult and your child anywhere in this platform — you are automatically part of every conversation, and your monthly check-in has a private section they never see.

Load is where we want it
Trained 9.5 hours across 3 teams this week, with 2 full rest days.
Every team they turn out for is counted, not just ours. This is the number that catches an overloaded week before it becomes an injury.
Your monthly check-in has a section your player never sees. It is where you tell us the things they would not — and it is consistently the most useful thing we get all month.
You get all of it on day one. Nothing here is an upsell and nothing unlocks later.
We will never promise your player a college place, a scholarship or a professional contract. Nobody can. Around 7% of US high school soccer players go on to play in college at any level, and roughly 1.1% of boys and 2.4% of girls reach NCAA Division I (NCSA Sports). Fewer than 1.5% of NCAA men are drafted to MLS.
What we can do is make a player recruitable, and be straight with you about which level is realistic. If we do not think a goal is achievable, you will hear that on the free call — before you have paid us anything.
One genuine reason for optimism: NCAA Division I men’s soccer scholarships rose from 9.9 to 28 per programme starting in 2025-26. That window is opening now.
