How it works

Four steps. The first one is free and you keep it either way.

01FREE ASSESSMENT02ONBOARDING QUESTIONNAIRE03FIRST PLAN04EVERY MONTH,
01

Free assessment call

Thirty minutes on video with Albert or Nico. You get an honest read on where your son actually stands — and a written assessment to keep, whether you join or not.

02

Onboarding questionnaire

Once you join, a 10-minute form covering his schedule, injuries, equipment, diet and goals. This is what makes the first plan his rather than generic.

03

First plan within 72 hours

Training, gym, nutrition and mindset, built around his club schedule and his growth stage. Reviewed and signed by a real person before it reaches him.

04

Every month, we adjust

A check-in from him, a private one from you, and a new block built on what actually happened — not what we assumed.

Parents are not spectators here

You see his plans, his training load, his wellbeing and every message we send him. There is no private channel between an adult and your child anywhere in this platform — you are automatically part of every conversation, and your monthly check-in has a private section he never sees.

What we will not tell you

We will never promise your son a college place, a scholarship or a professional contract. Nobody can. Around 7% of US high school boys’ players go on to play college soccer at any level, and roughly 1.1% reach NCAA Division I (NCSA Sports). Fewer than 1.5% of NCAA men are drafted to MLS.

What we can do is make a player recruitable, and be straight with you about which level is realistic. If we do not think a goal is achievable, you will hear that on the free call — before you have paid us anything.

One genuine reason for optimism: NCAA Division I men’s soccer scholarships rose from 9.9 to 28 per programme starting in 2025-26. That window is opening now.

Start with the free assessment

Thirty minutes on video. We look at where he is, what he is aiming at, and whether those two things line up. You leave with a written assessment either way — there is no obligation and no pressure, and if we are not the right fit we will say so.
