Terms of Service

What we agree to do, what we do not promise, and how either side ends it.

Who this agreement is with

These terms are between FootballPath and the adult who creates the account and pays for the programme (“you”). If the player is under 18, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

A player under 13 cannot be enrolled. Accounts are created by invitation only; there is no public signup.

What we provide

Coaching, mentorship and educational guidance: monthly training, gym, nutrition and mindset plans, written progress reports, video analysis and mentor calls according to the programme you have chosen, and access to a moderated community.

Plans are prepared using the information you and the player give us, reviewed by a named member of our coaching team, and are general coaching guidance — not instructions that override a coach, doctor, physiotherapist or any other professional who has actually examined the player in person.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not guarantee a college place, a scholarship, an academy trial, a professional contract, selection for any team, a particular level of performance, or any specific physical result.

Nobody can honestly guarantee those things, and anyone who does is selling you something. Roughly 7% of US high-school players go on to play in college and around 1.1% reach Division I. Our job is to make a player recruitable and to be honest with you about the odds.

We are not agents. We do not represent players, we are not compensated by any club, school or programme for a placement, and we will never claim a relationship with a programme that does not exist.

Progress targets set inside the platform are coaching goals, not predictions or commitments.

Physical activity, health and risk

Football and physical training carry an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, you accept that risk on behalf of the player.

We are coaches, not clinicians. We do not diagnose, treat or rehabilitate injuries, and nothing in the platform is medical, physiotherapy or dietetic advice. Before starting, you confirm the player is medically cleared for the level of activity described in their plan.

You agree to tell us about any injury, illness, pain or medical condition that could affect training, and to update us if that changes. If the player is in pain, they stop and you seek a qualified professional. We will pause the plan and flag it, and we may require written clearance before resuming.

If there is a medical emergency, call your local emergency number. We are not a medical service and cannot respond to emergencies.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Programmes are billed monthly in advance, or as a prepaid block of 3, 6 or 12 months at a discount. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling leaves your account readable, not empty — every plan, report and note stays exportable.

Prices are locked for as long as you remain continuously on the same programme. If we change prices, existing members keep the rate they joined at.

Refunds

Our refund policy is a delivery guarantee, not a cooling-off period. If we do not publish the first plan within 5 days of the questionnaire being completed — or if we fail to deliver a video analysis or mentor call included in your programme that month — we refund that month in full on request.

We do not refund a month already delivered, because the plan is real work by named professionals. A free assessment is available to every family before paying; it is offered, not required, and skipping it does not change this clause.

For prepaid blocks, we refund whole unused months at the standard monthly rate rather than the discounted rate; the discount applies to the months you used. If something serious happens — a season-ending injury, a family emergency — talk to us. We refund in those cases and we do not make it difficult.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of everything you upload — match footage, photographs, check-in answers. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of coaching the player and running the service.

We will not use a player’s name, image or footage in marketing without separate, specific written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

Plans, reports, drills and written material we produce remain ours. You may use them freely for the player’s own development. You may not resell, publish or distribute them, or use them to run a competing coaching service.

Conduct

The community is used by children. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, sexual content, sharing another member’s information, and attempting to contact a minor privately are all grounds for immediate removal without refund.

We may suspend or end an account that puts a young person at risk, and where the law requires it we will report to the appropriate authority.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost opportunities, lost scholarships, or loss of a place on a team.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
