What we collect, why, who can see it, and how to get it back or have it deleted.
From the adult: name, email, phone, billing details (held by Stripe, not by us), and what you tell us on the assessment form and monthly check-ins.
From the player: first name, age, position, club, level, training and match logs, RPE and session duration, sleep, soreness, fatigue, mood and stress ratings, height and weight, injuries, goals, and their written answers in check-ins.
Technical: pages viewed and rough location by country, through privacy-focused analytics. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data. Ever.
Sleep, soreness, fatigue, mood, stress, body mass and injury information is stored encrypted, access-restricted to the coaching staff assigned to that player, never used for marketing, and never visible to administrative staff.
It exists for one reason: to keep a growing body training at a load it can handle.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and the platform refuses to enrol a player under 13.
For players aged 13 to 17, the account is created by a parent or guardian who provides consent. That guardian can read every channel their child is in and every message they exchange with us, and can request deletion of their child’s data at any time.
Only the service providers who make the platform work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Anthropic (which assists our coaches in drafting plans, always under human review).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers, clubs, colleges or scouts without your specific written permission.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Export is available from your account at any time; for deletion, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes personal data. We keep the minimum records the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting.
